There is no getting around it. Brighton played terribly, with Palace not playing much better.
To be honest, the match itself was quite boring until Neil Maupay scored a goal literally in the last 10 seconds of the game, sending the Brighton fans into a frenzy I’ve never seen:
@joeross00 It’s sold out, not everyone can make Sunday games
It’s about 7% of season ticket holders, big deal
I have two on my row that can’t go because of work
A lot of those seats would be filled if we had free ticket sharing like we used to and like many other clubs still do
@DerrenHoward01 No, he was talking about ALL clubs that have spent more than us
Anyway, 3 finishes above 10th with the lowest 5 year net spend and one of the lowest wage budgets, who are we to complain?
Whose bright idea was it to put 58 seats on sale in the South Stand only 3 days before a game that was already a ‘sell out’ that included about an extra 400 seats in S1F?
#BHAFC
@HLTCO Wow! How to wildly take something out of context😂
They were talking about our lack of spending in this window and he was clearly referring to the money spent by most clubs, not just CPFC
Our 5 year net spend is the lowest in the league and much a smaller wage budget than you
@johnnypcpfc@footyawayday Champions of both football leagues playing to become Champions of All
England, so yes.
😂Wasn’t a red card? Now I know you’re taking the piss
@johnnypcpfc@footyawayday Great change of subject there
Charity Shield in 1910, English Super Cup final
You wouldn’t have ‘won’ a major trophy if it wasn’t for VAR giving to you
Also haven’t lost to a 6th tier team and Larnaca and lost our best defender and manager half way through the season🤦♂️
@johnnypcpfc@footyawayday As if Palace would take more😂
Last 3 away games at Man City we took
2,837
3,022
3,032
And what did Palace take?😂
Oh, here’s you at Villa, much closer to you than Manchester is to us
Got you in Manchester too
@JVBFC07@LucaPolito9@PriceElis1@footyawayday You only took 1,802 to The Amex last season, fucking hell
You’ve never taken 3,000 to us
In fact, your average away attendance at The Amex is about 1,800
So, only a few hundred more than we took to Manchester on a Wednesday night
@Iwantmytrain@Pete_BHA@footyawayday 😆Last season
Palace only took a couple of hundred more for a Saturday game at Man City
Saturday at 3PM, we take 3,000
