@alexelliottgolf I think the idea is great but I see 2 problems
1. Score cards should be mandatory for every round of golf, good or bad, 9 or 18 holes
2. WHS needs to change so that handicap does not go up as fast. Under CONGU handicaps went up 0.1 for a bad round, bring this back now!
