@ChuckGarfien Curious on yours & Ozzie's thoughts on Venable's over exaggerated use of R vs L matchups? Emptying his bench to PH between 4th & 6th inning? Putting good bats on the bench that early! Play your best guys, PH late in games! A player hits 2 HR & you PH for him middle of the game?

@SoxMachine The only thing that I don’t like is going away from your strong hitters because of LH/RH splits in the middle innings and then being stuck with them late in the game.

@ChiSoxFanMike @courtney883 Agreed with all of the frustration on pitching. But it seems like I am the only one who gets so frustrated with coach totally over analyzing R vs L.
No reason to be PH hitting so early in games. (4th -6th) I get it late in games.

@courtney883 Right, just put the ball in play. Especially with 2 strikes. Adjust during the at bat...Everyone is walking up trying to kill the ball on every swing

@ChiSoxFanMike Agreed, and in both games they need to get back situational hitting.
Everyone is taking long hard swings. When singles and sac flys work too you can't get 10 runs with 1 swing.

@ChiSoxFanMike Definitely agree it will be tough. But I think more times than not our guys will step up. What bothers me most today is the lack of patience by our hitters. Only one guy has seen a bunch of pitches and he is making his MLB debut. Too many 1 or 2 pitch at bats.
