Tips for cutting down 🍺
- Have a few alcohol-free days a week
- Track when you drink to observe any patterns/habits
- Set a limit in advance
- Try 'low' and/or 'no' alternatives
- It's fine to say no!
- In England, there are an estimated 602, 391 dependent drinks, of whom only 18% of receiving treatment.
- Alcohol is a casual factor in 60+ medical conditions
- In 2016, 23% of 15 year olds reported having been drunk in the last four weeks.
