$DAJL. DAJL’s securities attorney has formally advised OTC Markets that the company no longer meets the definition of a shell company and should be reclassified as an active operating company, effective Sept. 7, 2026.

This follows the completed acquisition of DDTSCL, now a 100% wholly owned subsidiary, giving DAJL substantive business operations. The opinion specifically cites the acquisition, assets and reported revenue.

Another important piece of the corporate cleanup falling into place. Now we watch for OTC Markets to officially update the shell designation. 👀
