But shaq was a 1 trick pony and he was also amazing… both are valid ways of being an all time great scorer… in some scenarios Lebron driving is more valuable, in others it’s MJ 3 level scoring…

Lol If they could score more in the paint then they should do that instead of settling for jump shots.. dunks and layups are the better shot. Scoring well in the paint is the sign of someone who scores well all the same… 2 points is 2 points and I’d rather get it the easiest and most replicable way possible.

His average jump shooting is 36.4% for the career (37.5% from 2). 15 of his 20 seasons he was >35% on jump shots (16/20 for 2s). He isn’t great, but damn that was statistically gross what you just tried to do.
