Our new entry, Strascinati. Made with stoneground semolina from #molinovigevano, these beauties are the Cavatelli's big brothers. Born in Apulia, this pasta takes his name from the action of "dragging" the pasta on the board.

My second attempt to Sourdough Burger Buns from @theperfectloaf blog.
The only thing has been changed is the amount of sugar that has been reduced by 50% to suit our personal taste. Still lots of work to do but I'm very happy with the result.
