Everything in this universe is fundamentally connected. We are made of the same particles we are investigating, inside the same all pervading quantum field/mathematical model we have constructed to make our calculations and predictions.

All the scientists, their equipment and any experiment are therefore influencing the behaviour and outcomes of any investigation. If only we could "step outside" of the universe and look at things from there. But then no doubt we would discover our universe is actually something else entirely...

The overwhelming preponderance of evidence from Elon's various projects reassures me that the technical issues in getting this system to work is not the problem.

Of more interest to me is what mitigation is in place to avoid the Kessler syndrome. TLDR: the chain reaction in LEO if/when all the junk up there turns into shrapnel

@skdh Musk is not just one of the most visionary engineers working in these high technology projects. He also has teams of incredibly talented engineers working with him. I wouldn't bet against him being able to deliver exactly what he says he can.
