@JHBWater how many times do we have report this issue to get someone to fix it. Leaking valve for over 6 weeks. Progressively worse. About 5 different ref numbers now.

@JHBWater reference 404273142. Have reported valve leak at least 4 times on your email address. Last Sunday a drain blockage team is sent. leak is now running down the road and impacting my boundary wall. Please attend urgently. No help via call centre

@JHBWater this happened 2 months ago. Not sure why our verge was dug up, irrigation system destroyed, tree knocked over and then just left like this. Please advise who will fix this and when

@vumatel I dis so last night and no one has even had the courtesy to respond. Going on 8 days now with no fibre connection. Other people in my area are fine. Would appreciate at least the least the respect of a response

@vumatel Yes it is still down and totally unacceptable. Very helpful technician here for 2 days but apparently there is a major cable issue. How this is only discovered a eek down the line is unreal.

@vumatel And less than 48 hours later my line is down again this morning. Reported again to isp. Please escalate this and deal with this as a matter of urgency. Line has bee down more for the last 5 days than operational.
