We have raised a complaint to @HotpointUK but that’s as far as it goes apparently, they use it for feedback and do not respond, makes me wonder if senior management actually know how this farce of a company is getting away with selling a pile of rubbish #hotpoint

So pay over £700 for a @HotpointUK dryer, 18 months later it stops working, have a 10yr parts guarantee, apparently this model, engineer Mark said, they are not made anymore because they are rubbish, Hotpoint basically have said tough, never buy #Hotpoint again, shocking

@HotpointUK if my 18 month old drier is not repairable surely you should replace it or is your 10yr parts warranty a scam of some kind, we paid £700 for what we thought was a quality drier, your customer service up to now has been shocking..

@bt_uk Hi, first time I called I got laughed at for saying my old copper was quicker than the fibre, called again, got sent a different Ethernet lead, still the same so called again and was told they were going to get an engineer to me, 6 months or so later and no engineer, no faith 🤷🏼‍♂️

And still my #BT fibre broadband is shocking, rang again to complain, said they’d get an engineer out, this was 3 months ago, breach of contract I think so can anyone recommend a decent broadband that actually doesn’t buffer all the time, unless @bt_uk can respond to this…

Laughed at by a BT tech guy, Dan from Doncaster, for saying my new fibre broadband is slower than the one they ripped out, couldn’t help 1 bit, said I need to move my router, mate it’s been in the same place for 10 years, I thought Fibre was meant to be quicker #BT #broadband

@BandQ how can you get an order so wrong and then when I phoned to be told the doors I ordered were out of stock until god knows when, did you think I’d just make do with any door 🤷🏼‍♂️ ordered oak veneer glazed and got pine panelled, it’s almost laughable 😵‍💫
