@cleanupbritain Would be hard to do for lots of existing areas. Space, cost, other underground utilities, ground conditions etc. But for new build estates this should be a standard thing as easier to do if planned from the start.

Get the crap/small/lower ranked counties into a qualifiers to get to the last 128 countries. Then have a open draw of all countries to get 128>64>32.

Last 32 go to a host country.

Then have a WC in said country.

Either the Sister or named person has a child. This creates a 2nd generation making the Named persons Mother a Grandparent.
