It's great to see so many people getting involved with #TheBigHelpOut and finding out how easy and rewarding it is to volunteer.

TRH The Prince and Princess of Wales with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis all lent a hand today at 3rd Upton for #TheBigHelpOut. Everyone got involved with renovating the Scouts meeting place and received their own #TheBigHelpOut badge.
Sign Language can help us stay better connected. For Sign Language Week learn how to finger-spell your name. Watch our YouTube video to for instructions: https://t.co/v82siWHDCQ #SignLanguageWeek
Earlier this week our sections had thoughtful discussions about remembrance, with our #BeaverScouts enjoying visits from the Totton and Eling @PoppyLegion. They showed what a force for good Scouting is. Personally, I couldn't have been prouder.

Scouts are proudly at the heart of our community. We play our part, recognise the efforts of others and make sure to give thanks when it's due.
This morning 73 young people and even more of our adult volunteers took to the streets of #Totton for the annual Remembrance service 1/3
Together we remembered those from our community who gave their lives or were impacted trying to keep our community safe over the past century.
For the majority of those taking part, it was the first time they had done so after a gap of a few years. 2/3

This weekend @HampshireScouts@UKContingent unit 59 met. During the weekend they held a candle lit reflection on the years of service given by the Queen. A moving moment for all.

We’re deeply saddened by the death of Our Patron, HM The Queen. A dedicated supporter of Scouts, Her Majesty has been a peerless role model for our young people.
Our thoughts are with the Royal Family.

We've awarded honourary Wally of the day status to Stuart from @HampshireScouts staying with his explorers with us at the Ueschinen hut who put salt in his tea instead of sugar. Time to brush up on his German! ☕
And we're off.
Over a hundred @Scouts from across #Hampshire on their way to @KISC #Switzerland for the adventure of a lifetime. Kandersteg we're coming for you! We can't wait!
A very happy Platinum Jubilee to our Patron, HM The Queen from all our Scouts. Thank you for your outstanding service, kindness and encouragement #HM70
So proud that Chief Scout, @BearGrylls has lit a Platinum Jubilee beacon at the Beacon Oak in Wiltshire. He’s celebrating HM The Queen’s 70 years as our monarch and Patron with 1st Wilton Scouts who lit a beacon on the same spot in 1952 when the she ascended to the throne. #HM70
We can't wait for the next chance. It couldn't happen without the hard work of so many people. Plus a great way to welcome new faces into the group to volunteer to give more young people skills for life!
Has it really been a week since our epic Groovy Group Camp to celebrate 60 years of serving the young people of #Totton?
A whole load of smiles, fun and new adventures were had. Thanks to @FernyCrofts for hosting us.

For many it was the first taste of a camp like it and the first time in five years that all the sections at our group, from Beavers through to Cerberus Explorers, were camping together.
