Different everything, jack has been building and spending money and time to make x1 a reality, investors from the community joined and raised almost $4m to support x1's mission, validators for over a year now has been participating and spending time and money to support the network, so minting xen and expecting to be rewarded more than all of those who has been working is not realistic, the community should have access for sure but it has to be fair. And as for jack and the team cut it's thier project they decide the cut and people choose to participate or not.
