日本が戦争をしなくても、アメリカの戦争に在日米軍基地が使われれば、日本が攻撃対象にされかねないという危険だ。

米軍基地から他国への攻撃が行われれば、
日本は「攻撃に使われた国」と見なされ、
報復攻撃の対象となる可能性がある。
だからこそ、日本を戦争に巻き込ませないために、主権国家として当然の拒否権を日米地位協定の中で担保すべきだと訴えている。

日本が戦争をしなくても、
戦争に巻き込まれる危険がある。
