@TigersJUK It's great they've put together a nice stretch and stopped the crash to the bottom. It's mainly their pitching that's caused it, the lineup remains riddled with weak sticks.
@IffyTheDopester Tigers fooled us for awhile. Pumped up the salaries to the top 10 and still can't field a roster with more legit MLB players than not.
@ShepMatt Analytics are a tool. Hinch is proving if you manage strictly by them, you remove intangibles that can make a difference. That and you turn a majority of your lineup into platoon players.
@TigersJUK This has become a season of watching a few players for individual accomplishments and that's about it. They would need a mid season run of winning like 20 of 25 to get back in it. This bunch doesn't have it in them for that.
@TigersJUK I can't really be a fan of another team, but I can dial down my interest level. It's about 2.5 out of 10 right now. I also like to follow individual players on other teams and that helps.
@LouStagner The Major League of golf, the PGA tour, should have maintained wooden woods and balata balls. Of course, better conditioned athletes using modern equipment are going to hit it farther. While they're at it, reintroduce real rough at tournaments.
@IffyTheDopester Just when it seemed the Tigers were getting away from too many 4A and journeymen players, their lineup has become over loaded with them. Without the pitching dominance, they have floundered back to a team trying to dodge 90 loss season's.
