Subject: Urgent Request for Assistance – U.S. Veteran Seeking Humanitarian Relief for Stepdaughter Ara's Life-Threatening Heart Condition

Dear President Trump,

I'm a U.S. veteran writing once more on the urgent medical needs of my stepdaughter Ara, & related unresolved matters.

After 600+ unanswered requests, the silence has left me & my family completely abandoned. It feels deliberate & reinforces that I'm insignificant, my family doesn't matter, & my pleas will always be ignored.

This silence crushed what little hope I've left; at times I might as well be dead. I sold 12,000 XRP because no one is HELPING. I feel that my guardian angel has abandoned me & no one will HELP my family.

I passed out from heat exhaustion while talking to the WPBCPD. Was taken by ambulance, & was admitted. This is how urgently I need help for Ara. I'll do anything for my stepdaughter!

I don't know if the police kept their promise to get the letter to you. If they didn't, I'm nothing & we'll watch Ara die because she will never receive heart surgery.

I canceled the GoFundMe for Ara after a year of zero donations. That emptiness deepens the sense that I'm invisible. Since Ara was diagnosed with 2 heart defects, friends & even my brother haven't visited in nearly a year. No one from the White House has acknowledged a single request. I write once more as a U.S. veteran who's been completely abandoned. After more than 600 unanswered requests, the White House’s silence feels deliberate — that I'm insignificant, my family doesn't matter, & my pleas will always be ignored.

Continued silence has crushed what little hope I had left. I might as well be dead.

Since Ara was diagnosed with two heart defects, friends & even my own brother haven't visited in nearly a year. No one from the White House has acknowledged a single request. You've no idea how isolated I feel.

Ara faces a life-threatening emergency requiring open-heart surgery. She & her mother Miraflor are in Cebu, Philippines. Ara earned her Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering this past May, yet she can't build a future without this procedure.

We're in total financial ruin. I eat one meal a day & send all of my Social Security & disability income to support them. I lost 70% of my investment because of an accident last year; while maintaining my family medical & personal needs. Those losses stole the future I worked so hard for, & the government’s refusal only reinforces how abandoned I am.
