Not a technique. Not a belief.
Just the willingness to stay present with what's still waiting to be seen.
The more time I spend in that state - the more I catch myself in daily life.
And that's where the rewriting matters most.

I spent decades mapping every internal idea, belief, self image I had adopted. And cleaned them out in an altered state. This helped me a lot.
The urgency faded. I searched less.
But what kept bothering me was the tension in my body - and an underlying scan-for-danger feeling.

When attention rests on a tension without trying to fix it - the nervous system reads that as -threat is over.
I actually signal safety to the system.
And the body finally gets the message. And starts rewriting.
