@virginmedia I have logged the issue with Ofcom. I will be making a formal complaint to Virgin Media, with a copy of all communications and correspondence. I will not be held responsible for Virgin Media's incompetence. This is tantamount to harassment.

@virginmedia But if I've cancelled our account, why would the landline be active. Why should I have to contact VM. It VMs incompetence. I won't be paying for anything. I have all documentation and correspondence confirming all was cancelled. Think I will be making a call to Ofcom.

@Ofcom Cancelled VM contract. Confirmed by VM. Paid last payment. Now received letter stating our contract ended, and we're currently paying £18.95 a month. Should I ignore this letter? VM should be investigated surely. Very stressful as they won't let go.

@virginmedia Hi. We cancelled our contract making a final payment on 31st August 2023, service ended on 15th August 2023. Just received letter from Rachel Brass our contract has ended, and we're currently paying £18.95 a month. Paying for a service we cancelled and aren't receiving. Priceless
