I can’t emphasis enough how terrible @SAS customer service is. Not only did they reschedule my flight to a day later, but the phone agent was incredibly rude, refused to help fix the problem SAS created, and then hung up on me when I asked to speak with a manager. Never fly SAS.

@Shudder Shudder spent massive licensing dollars on exclusive rights to stream a 36 year-old show, which certainly contributed to the cancelation of what many subscribers actually want: The Last Drive-In. @Shudder has lost its way.

@EITMonline B-52s at Wolf Trap on June 11, 2017. Fred Schneider was swearing at crowd and clearly did not want to be there. The band was low energy and the stage presentation was non-existent. And I missed most of the Pens’ Cup winning game being there.
