Reviewing my work now, price is moving the exact way I analyzed but yet again I'm on the sidelines and can't act on it cause I took a trade that was forced.

Target issue and poor setup selection. I chose a setup that wasn't optimal instead of waiting for a move that had a better reward anticipation. I could've stayed out with all the wick fills on LTFs.

Aim was to wait for +fvg 15m to get filled and if not then target it, it didn't get filled but I still continued focusing on a long that wasn't.

I wasnt focused on where ASL was which could've been a target for quick shorts and would've changed my execution plan where I could've added more volume to the trade targeting ASL. Error on my technicals.

I've had a terrible start to the week and had to stop trading on futures accounts.

This is all on me. I've taken impulsively trades and chasing price on back to back days and decided to stop trading.

@Atalburhani Thanks for the feedback.
After two days I figured I was fixated on meeting my targets for the week to a point where I couldn't let go of the moment/trades. So instead of focusing on the risk side of my system I just focused on my targets and no regards of things not going right.

Tuesday I did the exact same even worst. I broke about 3 of my rules. I chased price, overleveraged and kept negotiating with my system ended up with -0.41% EOD. That's when I decided to stop trading futures for the week until I could figure out why I'm not following my system.

Monday I had a chance to end the day on a -0.11% which is good for a trade that didnt align with my setup and ended up going against me. But I went back in which is not apart of my system and ended up at a -0.21% EOD.
I kept chasing price.

Chasing price and taking an extra trade that isn't aligned with my system.

I'm done for the week going to try and find some solutions in my journal for these continuous slip ups.

I need to be more present in each day without being overwhelmed by the future or what's next. I need to be consumed by the process more than the outcomes. I'm at a new level in my trading now which needs me to become way more focused and "locked in".

First full week of trading futures. Alot of things were overwhelming this week. Mentally faced alot of fears after taking my first futures lose for some reason it wasn't easy to shake it off for a few hours.

All I can take from this week is to be more organized and intentional with the work output and not chase and put pressure on myself which creates a very overwhelming environment to work in. I need to get back into my SYSTEM TO MIND mindset.
