Every seed tells a story. Every meal carries history.
Every tradition preserves a piece of humanity.
From boiled maize to handmade sesame treats, culture isn't something we inherit; it's something we choose to keep alive.

Happy Monday! Let’s make this week a memorable one. Remember: every day is a new opportunity to build the life you want. Show up, do the work, and be proud of your grind. 💯🚀 #MotivationMonday"
@Kenyans It's like a norm in Kenya that every election cycle starts with unity talks and ends with betrayal accusations. The first real concern for the opposition should not be strategy but if they can survive their own internal power struggles until 2027.
One notable challenge with Gen Z is that they often
- struggle under pressure,
- spend excessive time on social media,
- act impulsively,
- lack clear future plans, preferring to live in the moment.
What’s your take on this?
As we approach June 25th let's remember that "It's better to die on our feet than live on our knees" Dedan Kimathi
His words remind us of the immense sacrifices made for the dignity and the land we call home may we always protect the legacy of those who died fighting for Kenya.
Wake up.
Pray, even for a single second.
Jump your way to the bathroom.
Thank heavens for life.
Avoid sugar mummies and daddies.
Avoid beggars and lonely souls.
Dress up and go to work.
The "Hand of God" and Goal of the Century (1986) is easily the most iconic and controversial moment in sports history.
On this exact day in 1986, Argentine legend Diego Maradona completely took over the World Cup quarter-final against England.
With the game tied 0-0 in the 51st minute, Maradona chased a deflected ball into the box, jumped against England's keeper Peter Shilton, and used his left hand to punch the ball into the net. The referee missed it completely, and the goal stood despite frantic protests.
Right after the match, Maradona dropped the ultimate quote, saying it was scored "a little with the head of Maradona and a little with the hand of God." He didn't explicitly admit to using his hand until 2005 on his TV show.
But this match wasn't just about a controversial handball. It was played only 4 years after the Falklands War, making the victory feel like a huge symbolic reclamation of national pride for Argentina. Plus, just 4 minutes after the handball, Maradona dribbled past 5 English defenders from his own half to score the "Goal of the Century" widely considered the greatest goal ever.
The legacy is still insane today. In 2022, the jersey he wore sold at auction for a staggering £7.1 million ($9.3 million), and the match ball fetched another £2 million.
Formal employment was designed to keep most people busy, not wealthy. Look at many of the world's richest people; none made their fortunes from a paycheck alone. If you want to escape the matrix, build a business, invest, or learn skills that make money work for you.
I have this question!
Sasa Mbona uanzishe follow by following someone here then later akikupatia follow back, you unfollow them when they are asleep?
I’m preparing a list of potential frauds and I will share with you guys.
Usijaribu kuwapstia hiyo follow ata kama wamekufollow!
