(Serves 1)
๐ฅ 2 tbsp Greek-style soya-based vegan yoghurt
๐ช๐ฝ 1 scoop (half a serving) The Six Pack Revolution Vegan Strawberry Cream Sensation Post Workout Protein Shake
๐ 2 large strawberries
๐ 2 unsalted rice cakes
๐ฅ 2 tsp flaked almonds
Method:
1๏ธโฃ In a bowl, mix the yoghurt and protein shake together until smooth and creamy
2๏ธโฃ Chop the strawberries and fold half of them into the yoghurt mix

IT'S ICE CREAM SEASON. ๐ฆ๐ฅญ And this is our healthy, high protein Tropical Mango Ice Cream recipe. ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ
Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
๐ฅญ 2 good handfuls frozen mango
๐ฅ 1 heaped tbsp full-fat Greek yoghurt OR Greek-style soya-based vegan yoghurt
๐ช๐ฝ ยฝ serving (1 scoop) The Six Pack Revolution Vanilla Caramel Post Workout Protein Powder
๐ฅฅ 1 tsp desiccated coconut
Method:
1๏ธโฃ Add the frozen mango, Greek yogurt and protein powder into a food processor.
2๏ธโฃ Blitz until smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides a few times if needed until it turns into that soft-serve ice cream texture ๐ฆ
3๏ธโฃ Spoon into bowls or glasses.
4๏ธโฃ Sprinkle with desiccated coconut on top for that tropical finish ๐ฅฅ
