(1/2)Ola never fails to disappoint, I have faced an issue wobbly handle on my @OlaElectric I went to the service centre one day after the problem, they informed me that the store service slots are full and I need to book a home appointment (which is not available on the app).

(2/2)I later tried contacting their customer support and they scheduled me an appointment on 18th June (8 days from today and 12 days since the damaged) idk why the service is soo slow. I have been facing a lot of issues with my @OlaElectric. Really disappointing & dissatisfying
