You pull up to a massive corporate logo like Circle K, expecting accountability.
Instead, drivers in Spring Branch, TX pumped water-logged fuel straight into their tanks and watched their engines completely die a mile down the road.
One Uber driver lost his entire livelihood to a ruined motor. But when the victims demanded answers, the multi-billion-dollar brand pulled the ultimate disappearing act.
Corporate immediately washed their hands of it, hiding behind the excuse that this specific location is an "independently owned and operated" franchise.
Weeks later, the owners and insurance companies are completely ghosting the victims, leaving regular people to foot thousands in repair bills.
The corporate shield is a trap. They want your money, but the second their infrastructure breaks your property, you're on your own.

Yes, a 4-door Mustang. Because nothing says "family road trip" quite like woke-the-neighbors cold starts and aggressive gear shifting. 👋 😂

Lewis Hamilton: “I always want to learn more about different car cultures around the world and this one's been on my list for a long time. Getting to drive a lowrider and spend time with the people that honour them and work to keep the culture alive was a sick experience.”

Karma showed up in the form of a totaled Lexus… and the older sister is cackling.
Her younger brother has always been the clear favorite child — got his license first, bragged nonstop, and was just handed a fancy Lexus after “passing” a drug test… then ran a stop sign and wrecked it the very first night he was allowed to drive it somewhere other than work or rugby practice.
His older sister (who follows all the rules and still drives her old beater) can’t stop laughing. She’s thrilled that the golden child finally got a taste of consequences.
I get why she's thrilled that her brother got a taste of karma, but who thinks the parents need to wise up... this could have been far worse than just having the car totaled?
