@UnpaidNotDead @Craig91E @fesshole I can safely say it’s not as automated as you’re thinking. You need people to press print, fold the letters, and stick them in envelopes. Usually having to do so before the post is collected at a certain time as most places can’t have printed letters in the office bc of security

Holding a meeting on Teams to discuss agenda points that are clearly in the meeting invite (after already being emailed days before the meeting), and being asked to share your screen so they can be seen.
Just open the invite and look.
