Unfortunately, this is a perfect representation of the site, the houses, the dumping ground, and the new duck pond. Half arsed, don't care, and to hell with the residents.

@PoppyfieldsP To be fair to the "developer" these are mere oversights when compared with digging into a gas main causing a gas leak and digging through a high voltage cable and leaving it sparking on a core walking path.

@PoppyfieldsP Putting £640k on a house that's in negative equity isn't a good idea. There are so many better investments in fife.

Not sure what "incentives" are on offer, but I can't think of anything that would make these houses a good buy for anyone.

@PoppyfieldsP Just because they bought the land (at a bargain basement rate as no one credible would touch it with a bargepole) from the Earl of Elgin, they think its acceptable to walk around like Lord and Lady Muck.
