Some people are commenting that Ratels don't have jobs, mocking the youth for gathering at the airport to welcome VDM instead of holding the government accountable.
Let’s be clear: these comments are born out of pure, baseless hatred.
Where was this energy all week when these exact same youth were hitting the markets, mobilizing Nigerians, and urging everyone to get their PVCs? These same youth have consistently protested against insecurity and canvassed for critical social causes. Their leader, VDM, has never stopped speaking truth to power. Yet, because some people simply dislike him for reasons best known to them, they allow their bias to blind them to the real impact the Ratels are making.
To those complaining: what exactly have you done? Please, show Nigerians your track record so we can compare. Or is your activism limited to sitting behind a computer or phone, typing summaries, and waiting for others to walk the walk for you?
Make una dey appreciate.
“With This Move Alone, Ratels Have Sent a Very Serious Warning To The Government By What They Just Did In Abuja. It’s a Strong Message That If You Touch VeryDarkMan, You Have Us To Contend With. They Also Showed Their Financial Capability By How They Stormed Abuja To Welcome Him. Funny How People Say Ratels Are Poor, Yet Many Of Them Came By Flight. I Would Rather Go To The Airport To Welcome VDM Than To Welcome Tinubu.”
