I made a couple orders from the Canadian Taylor Swift store to Canada, paid full taxes on check out. I am now being charged taxes AGAIN through FedEx. FedEx said that the shipper checked off no taxes were paid. Please fix this. @taylornation13 #swiftmas

@sarahelizabth13 I spoke with FedEx and UMG filled the invoice wrong (marked it taxes unpaid). Only UMG can fix the issue, it’s not duties it’s just tax which was already collected! Email support and at worst ask FedEx to clear the package yourself, then show the border agent proof of payment!

@culiajard @taylornation13 Fight it! I emailed support but it does take a while to hear back... My plan B is to clear the package myself and show the border control agent that taxes were paid. I refuse to double pay GST/HST. Duties are one thing, but not taxes that were already collected
