President John Mahama has directed the opening of six waste transfer stations that were constructed more than nine years ago but were not operationalised, as part of efforts to improve Ghana's waste management system.

Speaking on the second day of the National Cleanup Exercise at Alajo, he said the second day of the exercise is to ensure that all waste cleared from drains is collected, loaded onto haulage trucks, and transported to the appropriate disposal sites.

But when Cristiano Ronaldo says the same thing, it makes people uncomfortable. Why? Because he has a good argument for that with what he has done. It’s just too uppity for them.
