Pour ce qui est de l’action civile, le Parlement européen est reconnu en tant que partie civile, et les condamnés devront lui verser solidairement une somme de 1,9 million d’€.

Fernand Le Rachinel, Bruno Gollnisch, Louis Aliot, Nicolas Crochet (expert-comptable), Guillaume L’Huillier, Nicolas Bay, Julien Odoul, Wallerand de Saint-Just, Timothée Houssin et Catherine Griset ont également été condamnés.

Les faits se sont étalés sur une longue période allant de 2004 à 2016, et le préjudice global des détournements d’argent public est évalué à 4,4 millions d’€.
