The incentive structure is messed up because the lawyers at the SEC are not paid well. 

It's a fairly low-paying job, but what they're looking for is a trophy from the SEC. 

They're looking for something they put on, basically, their LinkedIn. 

From that, they can get a job at a high-paying law firm. 

That's exactly what the lawyer here did. 

And the reason they don't attack the hedge funds is because those hedge funds employ those law firms, and they know if they attack the hedge funds, they're affecting their future career prospects. 

So, they sell small investors down the river for their own careers. 

That's what actually happened. 

Regulatory capture.

ब्रिटिश अखबार डेली स्टार ने अपनी एक रिपोर्ट में कहा है कि कोविड के इस वैरिएंट के फैलने से चीन में बड़ी संख्या में लोग मारे जा रहे हैं. कथित तौर पर मरने वालों की संख्या इतनी अधिक है कि वहां के श्मशानों को 24 घंटे काम करना पड़ रहा है.

कोविड के इस नए वैरिएंट को विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन ने 'वैरिएंट ऑफ इंटरेस्ट' की श्रेणी में रखा है और कहा है, 'हाल के दिनों में हमने देखा है कि जेएन.1 के मामले कई देशों में रिपोर्ट किए गए हैं. यह दुनियाभर में तेजी से फैल रहा है. यह वैरिएंट ओमिक्रॉन के सब-वैरिएंट BA.2.86 से बना है. यह इतनी तेजी से बढ़ रहा है कि हम इसे एक नए वैरिएंट के रूप में वर्गीकृत करते हैं.'

JUST IN: Chinese property stocks are now down ~65% from their highs and back to 2008 levels.

Over the last year, sales of Chinese property stocks are down almost 25%.

To put this in perspective, this is worse than 2008 when sales fell by ~20%.
