I will start monthly online programming soon. Mentorship, peace of mind with your program, health/wellness/nutrition expertise, rehab, and just crafting your body and capability how you want it.
More to follow, but if you're interested, feel free to DM.
Nope, those would be great assistance exercises because they are compound movements.
You could always do some single set rest-pause burnouts with curls or something afterwards.
Hope you like it!

Also, I met a lot of SOF dudes before I enlisted with @70sBig. Those pre-army friendships led to TONS of joint training with AFSOC PJs.
Had one on mission when I was blown up and he helped treat me after my dudes tourniqueted me.
Probiotic foods several times a week have greater improvement compared to fiber in improving gut microbiome (big study came out last year).
And reducing inflammatory foods will help.
If you have not read the Texas Method books by @JustinLascek , I highly recommend it.
Keep your training simple. It's so easy to let it get overcomplicated.
The new book is almost done with the planning stage. It's a programming method to accommodate
Busy folks
Parents
Limited equipment
Bored training
Flexible schedules
Home training
Etc
Stay tuned.
@rarbecuebibs Awesome! I'm glad it helped.
My workout sessions (that I extract for the book) are usually under 30 min and sometimes just 15 min. And they aren't a big deal, so if you have to go do dad stuff in the middle, no biggie.
I'm not particularly active on social media, but if you'd like to support me, one way to do so is buying a @70sBig book I wrote. You get way more in my books than a generic workout template.
Other avenues forthcoming. Thanks for the consideration.

New article titled "On Masculinity".
"The clothes you wear, the things you lift, and the deeds you do don’t make you a man. What makes you a man, or a good person, is how you behave and treat people."

Lastly, I had a sauna bath and my heart rate ranged between 130 and 147 in the 23ish minutes (175 degrees F, dry sauna).
Sauna in general emulates cardiovascular exercise, and even more so post workout.
15 min of lifting and 15-30 min of sauna is very effective.
@grande_mucho No, mine has both. I go through phases of using either one, but water on the dry sauna rocks is nice in the winter.
I think IR might be cheaper? There's a power usage difference, but it seemed negligible to me.
I recommend Finnleo. You can search local dealers.
