Rangkuman Perhitungan Zakat Aset Kripto & Trading (Tijarah).

1. Nilai modal IDR (yang sudah berjalan 1 haul).
- Modal menjadi dasar haul (umur harta).
- Bukan dizakati langsung, tetapi menjadi acuan waktu.

2. Total nilai portofolio di hari zakat (bukan saat mencapai nisab)
Ini penting, banyak orang salah di sini.!!!
Yang dihitung adalah:
- Total nilai portofolio (stablecoin, BTC, ETH, altcoin).
- Nilai coin di staking, LP, farming (nilai pokok).
- Stablecoin & token apapun yang masih kamu miliki.

Bukan nilai saat pertama kali mencapai nisab, tetapi nilai total di hari pembayaran zakat.

Jadi kita tidak perlu menilai berdasarkan “nilai saat mencapai nisab”.

3. Liquid cash (IDR) hasil profit yang sudah dicairkan.
- Semua cash yang masih kamu miliki termasuk harta zakat.
- Cash-out yang sudah terpakai untuk kebutuhan hidup tidak dihitung.

4. Piutang (yang sangat mungkin dibayar).
- Piutang lancar (high probability paid) → dihitung.
- Piutang macet → tidak dihitung sampai benar-benar dibayar.

5. Utang jatuh tempo (boleh dikurangkan)
- Hanya utang jangka pendek yang jatuh tempo dalam 1 tahun atau saat itu.
- Ini termasuk dalam fiqih zakat tijarah → dikurangi dari total harta zakat.

Yg menurut saya tidak termasuk dalam hitungan komponen zakat adalah Pajak PPh Final.
PPh Final bukan utang yang mengurangi harta zakat, karena:
- PPh sudah dipotong otomatis pada transaksi.
- Tidak ada “beban pajak masa depan” yang harus dibayar.
- Nilai PPh sudah tidak ada di harta kamu saat ini.

Jadi tidak masuk dalam komponen pengurang zakat.

Kesimpulan :
- Total nilai portfolio kripto (stable + coin + alt + staking + LP).
- Total cash (IDR) yang dimiliki
- Piutang lancar.
- Dikurangi utang jangka pendek.
- Zakat = 2,5% jika total nilai ≥ nisab (setara 85 gram emas).
- Haul mengikuti umur modal, bukan umur setiap coin baru.
❌ Tidak termasuk: pajak PPh, biaya hidup, dana konsumtif.
