@carrieprice78 I have an (almost) official contract that I share with folks, and currently have an unofficial verbal agreement that has three levels of participation on my part. One is acknowledgements, the other two are co-authorships for this exact reason.

Today is the day that I got the long awaited phone call from my Dean sharing the news that I’ve finally made it to this finish line! TENURED AND PROMOTED TO ASSOCIATE LIBRARIAN. Can’t wait to see what the future holds…
