I was at dinner. Went to pay the bill, opened Apple Pay and every card was gone.

Confused, I logged into @Wise. That's how I found out they closed my business account. No email. No warning. No reason. Just gone with $50,000 of my company's money locked inside.

That's everything i have.

I've been a @Wise customer for 5+ years. This is extremely disappointing.

No notification that they'd even done it. I only knew because I couldn't pay for dinner.

Then I spent hours trying to appeal — the app and website kept logging me out over and over. Finally appealed and waited for any acknowledgement at all.

Silence for 3 days.

So I filed a formal complaint. Two more days of silence again.

Finally I called and explained, in detail, exactly what this is doing to my business. Their answer: "we've received it, we're working on it, we'll get back to you within 15 days."

Here's what "15 days" means when it's your entire operating account: supplier invoices due, freight forwarders waiting to be paid to clear shipments already in transit, creators unpaid, inventory down to days.

if stock didn't make it on time my Amazon listing goes out of stock, it loses the ranking I spent months and serious ad spend building, my creators will also leave and be really furious,

that doesn't come back when they return my money. That damage is permanent. Every day they sit on this, they're not just holding my cash. They're dismantling the business.

This is a legitimate, registered US business. Every single dollar traces to payouts and supplier invoices, fully auditable. I offered to send them everything: Payouts reports, invoices, ID, contracts. They never asked for a single document before closing me. Not one.

I'm not a scammer. I'm a founder who built something over years, and I got locked out of it at a dinner table with no explanation and no way to reach a human who can help.

How to improve your quality of life:

1. Build your own gym in your house. The commute to a gym is the most common reason people skip training. Remove the commute, and consistency becomes your default.

2. Have a huge goal that you visualise every morning. Visualisation is a decision filter; when you know exactly where you're going, you stop wasting energy on things that don't move you closer to your goals.

3. 20-minute meditation before touching your phone in the morning. Your phone is a portal to other people's priorities. Starting the day with stillness means your first thoughts are your own.

4. Take friends and family members on their first private jet experience. The people who were there before you succeed deserve to experience the results of it with you.

5. Have a gardener, cleaner, and someone to help with your laundry. Every hour spent on household tasks is an hour taken from work that only you can do.

6. Always organise drivers to pick you up from airports. When transport is pre-arranged before you land, you walk off the plane and go. One less decision to make when you're already fatigued from travel.

7. Learn how to up-regulate and down-regulate yourself using breathwork and nootropics. Being able to deliberately switch between the two gives you control over your performance.

8. Get blood tests and genetic tests to determine which supplements actually work for you (not just what influencers push). Every person's biology is different. Testing yours tells you what your body needs.

9. Journal what you plan to do each day, time block the activities, then review at night whether you actually achieved it.

10. Hire an Executive Assistant. If you don't think you need one, lock yourself in a hotel for a week where someone handles laundry, food, and cleaning. Pretend all your emails are answered for you in that time. You'll onboard an EA immediately after.

Your quality of life is a design problem. The better you design your environment, the better you perform inside it.
