In 1441 the first Afrikan men were stolen from Afrika and made into slaves. The blood of those Stolen Afrikan's flows through me. Unapologetically #Afrikan
White people's violence is accepted, embraced, negotiated and even backed by the state (e.g., Trump bombing an Iran school that killed 175 children), BUT God forbid Black people defend themselves.
It's time we talk about the privilege of violence.
The colonizers said our Ancestors were “uncivilized,” had no culture, no history, no value…
Yet they filled their museums with stolen African gold, masks, sculptures, manuscripts, royal thrones, sacred artifacts, and treasures.
Funny how people with “nothing” created everything worth stealing.
They robbed Africa, then mocked the people they robbed.
And today, the evidence still sits behind glass in European museums.
To justify slavery, the whites portrayed blacks as subhuman: primitive, stupid, and servile.
To justify segregation, the whites portrayed blacks as morally corrupt: ignorant, predatory, and sinful.
After civil rights, the whites portrayed blacks as evil: drug addicts, gang bangers, and welfare queens.
There has never been a point in our history when we whites have systematically and institutionally valued black lives as we do our own

Black American Descendants of “Chattel” Slavery may not agree on everything, but the one thing we do agree on is REPARATIONS! We know that a debt is owed and the government must pay it. #ReparationsNow
The Gullah are an African American ethnic group that predominantly live in the Lowcountry region of the U.S. states of Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina, within the coastal plain and the Sea Islands.
The Gullah Geechee people are descendants of Africans who were ens|aved on the rice, indigo, and Sea Island cotton plantations of the lower Atlantic coast. Many came from the rice-growing region of West Africa. The nature of their enslavement on isolated island and coastal plantations created a unique culture with deep African retentions that are clearly visible in the Gullah Geechee people’s distinctive arts, crafts, foodways, music, and language.
Gullah Geechee is a unique, creole language spoken in the coastal areas of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. The Gullah Geechee language began as a simplified form of communication among people who spoke many different languages, including €uropean s.lave traders, s|ave owners, and diverse, African ethnic groups. The vocabulary and grammatical roots come from African and European languages. It is the only distinctly African creole language in the United States, and it has influenced traditional Southern vocabulary and speech patterns.

I’m guessing they’d buy a social media company, spend $250 million on a presidential campaign and shadowban anyone who mentions how you stole our data to enrich your pedophile friends
Imagine
Wars of conquest, 1894–1945, created empires. The Sino-Japanese (1894–1895), Russo-Japanese (1905), Sino-Japanese (1937–1945), WWII invasions. Japan seized Korea, Taiwan, Manchuria, Southeast Asia. But y’all scared of Black people? Ya’ll allied with Nazis. Did we drop Nukes?
Nick Cannon just said on his show that “Democrats are the party of the KKK” and that “Republicans freed the slaves,” and even threw support behind Donald Trump in the same conversation.
That kind of statement is very loaded and misleading. It’s true that in the 19th century, many white Southern Democrats opposed civil rights and groups like the Ku Klux Klan grew up during the post‑Civil War era when that faction was powerful — but that doesn’t mean today’s Democratic Party is the KKK or that it embraces that history. Historians see the original KKK as a hate group formed by former Confederate soldiers opposing Reconstruction, not as a modern political organization.
Also, while Abraham Lincoln and the early Republican Party led the push to end slavery, American political parties realigned dramatically over the 20th century: many conservative Southern Democrats eventually shifted to the Republican Party, and both parties today are very different from their 19th‑century predecessors.
So reducing all that history to “the KKK = Democrats” or “Republicans freed the slaves” is too simplistic and ignores how parties and values have changed over time.
