- 40,000 sq ft net affordable workspace for #Lambeth’s local creative sector and enable with space at 90% discount.
Plans for #72UpperGround will transform 40% of the site into freely accessible public realm, opening up a currently closed-off site on #SouthBank, adding two new public squares, an active ground floor, several public walkways & a new rooftop restaurant & terrace.

Local creatives will be supported through @lambeth_council's ELEVATE programme with entirely free space.
#72UpperGround will transform a dormant, closed-off tower in a part of #Lambeth’s #SouthBank that desperately needs new investment. Our proposals will create over 4,000 new jobs and new workspace to one of #London’s most famous destinations.
