BREAKING: The heartbreaking surveillance video of Regan Russell’s violent killing is finally released by @thetorontostar. It includes the recording of the phone call between the police and Regan’s killer, Andrew Blake of Brussels Transport Ltd.

Regan’s killer Andrew was given a clear instruction by the police to NOT move his truck yet he disobeyed that and proceeded to drive his truck carrying pigs straight into Regan, smashing her to the ground and brutally killing her.

Important to note that Andrew Blake being told ‘don’t move’ by the police never came up in court. We believe that the crown minimized the case so the killer could get away with fine. Absolutely abhorrent and unjust!
