Leamington OPP wish to speak with the owner of this vehicle & the person in the photo about a collision.On Oct 9 approx. 9:45 a.m. the veh exiting a driveway struck an electric wheelchair and the occupant later died of her injury.The veh was last seen w/b on Talbot St East. ^AA
