Wild footage shows a fisherman surrounded by sharks in a “feeding frenzy” off the coast of North Carolina.

He said he was riding his personal watercraft near Cape Hatteras when he spotted what he thought was a small group of sharks feeding on a large school of baitfish.

As he moved closer to film, a much larger group of sharks suddenly surfaced around him.

He made it out safely and said, “It was a wild moment to see!”
