But now I'm getting threatened call from seller end and forcing me to accept that I received that product he is using abusive language. Amazon is that way you take care of customer?

On 11 September I ordered an item from Amazon order no :- 402-6057904-8641968
It was marked as delivered on 21 September but I haven't received that so I complaint, after investigation Amazon refunded my money.
