3/3. When a concern is raised, at the expected date of resolution don't u atleast provide an update on what happened like r u delivering or refunding. Should I follow up thrice for one delivery. I will never use amazon again. @hyderabad people pls stop shopping on amazon

Initially I called one they said wait till dec 30. No resolution so called again on jan2nd asked me to wait till 6th. No mail or update or response from their end. Again called they said they ll initiate refund but not received. Should we beg for our delivery or refund. 2/3
