@StateFarm You've easily now earned top spot as THE worst service or product I've EVER been a consumer of. Congrats from a 25 yr (soon former) customer. The degradation of your corporate mothership has been sad to watch.

@SouthwestAir Good customer svc is truly that, and limited handoffs to resolution. Unfortunately, it's 0-2 for our family and your airline. This was one ALL in your control to resolve too, but hasn't been.
