Bareilly: A muslim man Mujahid, runs a fast-food stall near Government Polytechnic Institute.

A master of spitting in food is also a master in deception. He wears a Kalawa (sacred thread) on his wrist and a Tilak on his forehead.

Many students visit his fast-food stall. He easily obtains student's phone number during casual conversation at his shop for friendship.

Mujahid managed to obtain the phone number of a minor Hindu girl by concealing his true identity and cultivated a friendship with the student.
After a few days, Mujahid took the minor student to a well-known hotel within the town, where he registered their entry using assumed names for both himself and the student and raped her.

Acting on a complaint, the police have arrested Mujahid.
It is said that Mujahid has similarly preyed upon numerous Hindu girls by befriending them; however, due to concerns regarding their families' social honour and reputation, no girl dared to speak out against him.
