Very curious about roster make up now though because it really seemed like the only guy that is definitely gone is Bohm.

He was the team’s best, most consistent offensive player, with a history of being extremely clutch.

Honestly, this is such an illogical viewpoint. Bryce Harper was the team’s best offensive performer in 2026.

He doesn’t play quarterback. He’s not a goalie. The best he’ll ever be able to do is contribute on ONE-NINTH of offensive opportunities. Without Harper, you have a massive problem, because you’d have to replace a top-15 MLB hitter before you even begin to fix the rest of the team.

Who would you trade him for? A guy that does exactly what he does? Because that’s what you’d need if you trade him.

@SamulskiNYC Anti-analytics is shorthand for opposing the obvious over analysis paralysis that is plaguing MLB. Any stat fits under the umbrella of analytics. Some are just dumber than others.
