You could always go to your local remembrance service so you are not alone!! I find it very helpful at mine. Obviously a few beers are sunk 🍻 and a few stories exchanged

@JohnnyMercerUK and you really should bring this up in parliament.
Mental health really needs to be a higher priority to all parties.

I believe this needs to be looked at for all members of the forces past and present.
