@wendyknowler The term “genuine leather” is very ambiguous nowadays. You need to look for the word “grain” to be assured it’s good quality leather. As in “full grain” or “top grain”. Otherwise it’s a lucky packet in terms of quality.

@SuperiorZulu It's been run terribly. For me, the most glaring and obvious mistake was taking up shop spaces in Malls. The rent alone is insane. They used to be located in mainly stand-alone government owned buildings before the madness.
