The latest round of US sanctions on Sudan will make getting the SAF to the ceasefire negotiation table even harder. From the army's perspective, they are procuring weapons to defend the state against an offensive war by the RSF. Inhibiting their ability to procure arms in their own defense will be viewed as unnecessarily punitive while at the same time the other sanctions only indirectly target the RSF by targeting their mercenary network, who only provide a small number of actual fighters. This overall action will be seen as heavily weighted against SAF and only further reinforce the notion they have that the US approach is biased against the Army.
I suspect these sanctions were announced today so that Boulos could announce them at his address to the UN Security Council, but I cant imagine that other Quad members will think much of these sanctions since they are all apart of both sides' procurement networks.

To that end, it will not go unnoticed that, once again, that the US has chosen to take no direct action to those entities providing arms to the conflict only those purchasing the arms. Again, if sanctions are a policy tool that are, in this case, intended to help bring parties to the negotiating table, these dont do anything to achieve that and in fact make that outcome more distant. It would seem that their real intent is to make the US look tough and committed to Sudan, but a much better way to do that would have higher level US involvement and more explicit diplomatic warnings to friends and allies who are supporting the conflict on both sides. But that would be too difficult to do so this is the result.

Former US born Israeli intelligence figure Jonathan Pollard has issued a stark warning about Israel’s future security landscape, saying the next major conflict may not be centered on Iran.

“We may not have as easy a time with the Turks as we’ve had with the Iranians,” Pollard stated, urging preparation for shifting threats.

He added that Israel must be ready for what could come next, suggesting future tensions involving Türkiye and Egypt.

Before the war in Sudan, the UAE imported an average of 3.42 tons of gold annually from Kenya, valued at $187 million. After the war, this figure surged by 719% in volume and 1224% in value, reaching 28.05 tons annually worth $2.48 billion.

يُضيف هذا التقرير طبقةً جديدة من الأدلة إلى ملف مكتمل الأركان، هو ان مليشيا الدعم السريع، هي منظمة إرهاب��ة عابرة للحدود كما يجب تصنيفها دوليا بكل رسمي بهذه الصفة، والإمارات راعٍ مباشر للإرهاب والإبادة الجماعية تحتاج إلى محاسبة دولية فعلية لا بيانات استنكار او محاولات تبييض صورتها وشكلها.

��يكشف التقرير في الوقت ذاته عن حقيقة موقف “الموظفين المُستأجرين” الذين تحتضنهم أبوظبي بينما تموّل ذبح السودانيين. في مقدمتهم الدكتور عبدالله حمدوك، رئيس تحالف صمود، والموظف في ابوظبي كمدير تنفيذي للمركز الأفريقي للتنمية والاستثمار، الذي يعمل لتوسيع فرص الاستثمار الإماراتي في أفريقيا، فيما يُطلّ علينا بخطاب السلام والتحول الديموقراطي لأهل السودان الذين تقتلهم الإمارات، وفيما يسعى في نفس الحين جاهداً، للزج بتحالف المليشيا (تأسيس) في اي عملية سياسية عن مستقبل السودان. اي ديموقراطية تلك التي ستقدمها لضحايا الابادة الجماعية في الجنينة والفاشر، وماذا سيفعل الموتى بصناديق التصويت يا د. حمدوك ومن معه؟!

مفهومٌ تماماً أن ظروف الحرب والانهيار الاقتصادي دفعت الآلاف من السودانيين إلى الهجرة بحثاً عن لقمة عيش أو أمان في شتى أنحاء العالم، ومنها الإمارات، لكن وضع هولاء يختلف عن الساسة والاعلاميينالذين يعملون في خدمة الاجندة الاماراتية والترويج لسرديات التبري لتورطها في الحرب، وتبييض صورة قتلة شعبنا والبحث عن مستقبل سياسي لهم، بينما يتاجرون بمفردات الوطن والمواطن، فذلك ليس اضطراراً ولا هجرة، ذلك استئجار.

الإمارات تقتل السودانيين، وتستأجر المرتزقة من أطراف الأرض لتبشع بهم وتدمر بلادهم. ومن يتملّص من هذه الحقيقة أو يسعى في تمييعها، فهو لا يمارس في سياسة او عمل عام في خدمة الناس، بل اختار موقعه عميلاً لمشيخة أبوظبي على حساب دماء شعبه.
