Can you explain why the Train no 05060 from lal kuan to kolkata 4 hours late running. If you can't reach the destination on time or train late more than 2 hours you have to refund the total amount of the passenger. @IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailwaySeva
