@TomShanklin Ostracise thousands more fans, huge job losses, local businesses affected.
No guarantee that the 2 remaining regions will be competitive or that the national team will be successfull.
How Will Wales build more depth with only 2 teams to pick from?
Hope for the best mentality
@davidjusteat@LWaunfawr@c_kirwan@JNPhillips4 It has become impossible to defend us. Other regions have the odd poor season but we consistently struggle. I actually thought we wouldn’t win 1 league game this season.
Having passed St Helen’s on Wednesday though, Ospreys fans must be worried they’ll end up in Llanelli
@MikeBubbins The WRU have always been incompetent. It’s just didn’t get called out when Wales were competitive.
Gatland’s record against SA, NZ & Aus has always been abysmal. His success came with a golden crop in a time when 🏴 🇮🇹 and 🇫🇷 were as bad as they’d been in recent history
@simonrug A recognition that they won’t shift the tickets as fans have been priced out and you can’t guarantee people wanting a day out will want to watch a losing team.
Like the early 2000’s you’ll probably be able to buy one in Tesco.
@g_r_owen The NFL is full of superstars. This isn’t even news in the US.
I can’t see how he would make a 53 man roster for this September. Competing with incredible athletes who have played the sport from a young age. They also have a much better knowledge of the sport
@cardiffcouncil Total total total shambles of light system at Bridge Road!!!!!!! No cars are able to go through! Moved 5 metres in 20 minutes! Cars have to drive through red lights to shift the queues…. meanwhile supervisor sat in van on phone ignoring the shambles around!!
@MikeBubbins What a night of sport it’s gonna be. Starting with the County in the cup.
Be happy to see any of the Ravens, Lions and 49ers in the Super Bowl. Just not Kansas City!
@TheLooseH When the 3 Scottish teams joined the Welsh league, those were the least attractive fixtures. Bizarre to only hear the away bench cheer when they scored a try. Derbies aside, every game is now like this.
Lots of Quins fans still in Cardiff last Sunday. URC fans don’t travel.
